My package has t update since feb 19 it says where is my package

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX011572018CN was shipped from Fuzhou to Canada on FEB 20. Now china has cancelled 80% airlines to Canada due to cover-19 virus outbreak. So it is not strange that your parcel will have some delay, this is normal, no need worry.

In normally time, such ePacket parcel shipping and waiting for processing time might take 2 to 3 weeks. Now I believe you need wait extra 2 to 4 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
