Hello,

I checked tracking number LS186450333CN and saw that my order was processed through the facility at XIAMEN EMS, CHINA on December 17, 2019. There is currently no shipping information.

As I know, shipping by epacket is very fast and takes about 7-20 days to reach the U.S. But up to now, I have not received my order for 30 days.

Please help me track this number and notify me when I can receive it.

Many parcels shipped in Dec have 10 to 20 days delay than regular season. You might need wait some more time.

If you can not get the parcel by end of this month, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
