Post When will my packages arrive?

I have two packages - RV368705749CN and RV368701035CN from China to Canada? The status has been stuck for a while. I don’t know where they are now? And when will they arrive? I will move to a new address soon, so it’s quite annoying.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped from Shanghai on Mar 24. The are still in Shanghai waiting for flight space to Canada.

this kind of tracking number starting with R is called China Post register airmail parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% international airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space to Canada.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait. You might need very long time(about 30 to 90 days).

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to aliexpress for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
