Nov. 30, 2018 was the last update of my tracking. Did the recipient claim it? Or, did he call the China Post?

China Post record shows the parcel failed delivery because address is not correct. It was returned to Philippines on Nov 30. Return parcel normally will take about 30 to 90 days to Philippines.

Yes, the parcel is from Philippines to China. Is it stil possible to claim it by the addressee? The recipient provided me his address that is written on the envelope. My mistake was, I did not get his contact number. I wonder why his address could not be located. Is it possible that he lives on an apartment or somewhere that it could not easily find? I believe there should be 3 delivery attempts, but only one was attempted.

We only communicate via Instagram direct message. My last reply from him was Nov. 28. He told me that he will pick it up at China Post Shenzhen Center office on the 29th of Nov. Moreover, I gave him the contact number of the China Post. But, until now, I don't know if he picked it up or not. Do you have a record that someone call the China Post with the parcel number I provided?

Still, I'm trying to contact him regarding this concern.
