I sent Payment for shipment Sep 10th 2018, Have no heard from Suuplier Icoolpromo, is this a Fraudual Company?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP047817786CN shows the number was sent to airline on Oct 10.
China Post will lost control of the parcel after sent to airline. so there will be no update anymore after sent to airline date.

Normally parcel will travel 40 to 60 days to reach South America countries, you need wait some more days.
