http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RE077153419CN shows the parcel arrived Toronto on Aug 13. It is in Canada Post system. you need contact Canada Post for delivery detail.

If Canada Post can not find this parcel in next 10 days, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
