Hi i dispute nextgen shop that i orderd
pakege order (#NX2214) with
Tracking no SY14043355725 with exesspres shipping
It say that its arrived to ksa from 16-9-2020
But i not deliverd any packege from theme untell naw

And i text theme on there emails with no answer

From 2 month and not recived untell naw

SY14043355725 is Sunyou parcel, not from China Post.

http://track-chinapost.com/start_sunyou.php?code=SY14043355725 shows this parcel arrive Saudi on Sep 16. If you have not got it, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
