Such UU***CN parcel is called China Post ordinary small packet which is very cheap service. It has very limited tracking information. We only know the parcel was sent to USA on Jan 8. You can't know further shipping status because nobody scan and update its status in USA.

Normally it will reach receiver in about 4 weeks after it is sent to airline. Please wait some more days.
