Looking for update on the above tracking. It was shipped 12/08/2019. When I track it it says not found

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS181771937CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you might be scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute against fraud.
