Hello,
According to China Tracking the status is unsuccessful delivery other attempted delivery. This status is since 21 dec I have been to my local post office, they told me the package has been sent back to China on 4 Jan. Ever since I lost track and the seller is not responding anymore. Could you please help me?

If your parcel was returned to China, you can not get it anymore. The only thing you can do is to open dispute to your marketplace(ebay,paypal,aliexpress,amazon etc) and claim non-arrival order refund.
