I ordered this on Feb. 23, the logistics order was created on March 7 and I still have not received it. The tracking number now shows it's expired. Does this mean the package is lost and I should TRY to get a refund? Thanks for any help!!

LW572992953CN was sent to Zhengzhou airport again on May 15. it is still there waiting for flight to USA.
