Hi all, just thought I'd get some advice. I ordered something off Aliexpress on March 11th, and it shipped on March 14th. It's been stuck at "Processing Through Facility" since March 15 and has not updated. The seller extended the purchase protection in early May, but still no update. Is it ever going to get here, or is it lost forever? Stuck in customs? Should I ask for the seller to reship? Tracking number is LT425306282CN. Thanks!

LT425306282CN was shipped on Mar 13. Normally such epacket will arrive USA in 2 to 4 weeks. your parcel should be lost.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need open dispute for lost parcel refund.
