Hello, I am tracking package LS271331377CN and it has been over a month since the last update. Just wanted to check if this is an expected virus delay, and if it is possible to get any further updates on the status.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS271331377CN was shipped from China to USA on Mar 19 . It is still in Shenzhen airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage in Shenzhen area. You need wait another 2 to 3 more weeks.

After parcel arrives USA, you can use same tracking number LS271331377CN to track it in USPS website (www.usps.com).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
