http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EB714206352CN was shipped from Guangzhou to Canada on Mar 6. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Canada Post system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or Canada customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Canada customs.
This is normal, no need worry.

such ePacket parcel shipping and waiting for processing time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute for refund, otherwise please wait some more time.
