My shipment was booked RP158408476CN through ali express but from last 11th jan it's not moving further and lying with the post office only

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP158408476CN shows only result "shipping notice received from seller(ALIEXPRESS shipping platform )". This means your seller applied a tracking number from ALIEXPRESS, but never actually shipped anything.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress against fraud.
