HI,

I placed this order on 20 Aug and the seller said that it was shipped on 25th Aug 2020 and given me the tracking number. I am not able to find any update in the tracking. Can you please help to know where is the package and how can I follow it.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV488389164CN shows No shipping record. Your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
