Hi,I ve contacted my local post office,and was told my shipment was returned to you.can you please resend it?track no:LF583510864CN

Croatia post website shows the parcel was returned to China on Dec 3. You can not get it anymore. China Post can not resend it back to you. You need contact seller for refund or resend you money.
