Hi

I sent a registered mail from Saudi Arabia to China on 25 November 2018 and arrived in Guangzhou 5th December 2018.

Since then until now no updates

Would you please help me in this matter because China post didn’t respond to my call and email.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=RR075079256SA shows the parcel arrived Guangzhou on Dec 6. no further information about this parcel. You need ask receiver call china post hotline 11185 and inquiry location. If 11185 can not find the parcel, it should be lost.
