How do I request a refund for this order •UT380732597CN? I place this order on October 8, 2019 and have yet to receive it, no one can help me find it and I may never get it. If you placed an order from China and it's being delivered by Chinapost you may never get you merchandise, it seems like a scam to me!!

U have to talk it out with the seller u bought it from.
3 months is a long time. Most disputes must be opened in 30-60 days. Not sure how u paid a d where u bought your item.

I use a website (order and buy) where my payment is not released to seller, unless i get the item, and whit in x amount of days, and item as described. And item must be as described. Pay a bit more for it, but still worth the peace of mind.

However, i sell to other people... and its a problem when item is late badly. This month was horrible. Very disappointed that there is no clear answer where my orders are
