http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RE122916560CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Aug 31. it is still waiting for flight space to Canada. No update so far.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RE122916560CN shows the parcel arrived Toronto on Sep 16. You will get this item in 7 to 15 days after parcel arrives Toronto.
