You apparently have an issue with shipping, tracking and generalized customer service. When we are given a tracking number, we expect to be able to track it from the beginning to the end. When we attempt to track a package and it says there is no information related to that tracking number, customers assume they have been taken for their money. I paid using Paypal on November 25th. My supposed tracking number still cannot be traced so I obviously believe you have ripped me off. After more than two weeks, something should be show up when I enter the tracking number but it doesn't. Therefore, I want a refund back to my Paypal account.
