Hi,

I also have had a package stuck now 'in flight' for over two weeks - tracking says it has left for UK but nothing at all since. Other packages sent after by much slower post (RH numbers) have already been delivered to the UK. The tracking number is LZ937648345CN.

Can you tell if the package has been lost or where it is?

There seem to be delays out of other cities too because another order which I made going to the US - LY846597153CN - also looks like it has been stuck for the last two weeks. Are these delays usual for this time of year? Does it mean that delivery will slow down even now coming up to Christmas?

LZ937648345CN is a little bit delayed. Please wait one or two more weeks to see new status.

LY846597153CN is going to US not UK. your seller might have given you wrong tracking number. It is not for you.
