Post my order hasn’t moved for weeks

I bought 3 products from creative workshop for my grandkids.
Since getting tracking number the parcel info says the inbound flight has arrived . However I have no more information and I’m being ignored when contacting the company. It’s been weeks , they are Christmas presents for my grandkids and I need answers or does anyone know how I can lodge a dispute to try get my money back ?

LZ111219792CN was just sent to airline on Dec 12. It is still waiting for flight to Australia. Please wait one or two more weeks to see new update.
