Hello. I am looking to get some information about my order. The tracking number is UI278482354CN . I am looking to get an estimate on when I can expect this package to arrive and also trying to get dimensions or the weight of the package. Thank you.

1)China Post can NOT disclose the dimension and weight data of a package to public, this is against privacy law and it is illegal. you need ask shipper.

2)http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UI278482354CN shows the parcel was shipped on April 29.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank you! I appreciate your fast response. I do see that the status was updated to reflect "Shipped by airline." And then "Plan to pay airline transportation.". Can you tell me what that means? I apologize for the inconvenience.

actually you no need care too much about such status. These status are just some middle status in China which is just a small part of the long journey. After the last china status, your parcel status will freeze forever. Then you need wait about 30 to 90 days to get this parcel.

As I mentioned that your seller used a very slow and cheap service(ordinary parcel). The parcel will travel total 30 to 90 days to reach your country. You need a lot of patient to wait.
