I ordered on March 21, 2020 and received a shipping confirmation on March 30, 2020. I have tried to find out any information about my order with tracking #LS288776812CN and I am not finding out anything. Attempts to contact the retailer leave me thinking that my purchase may have been a scam, as I get the same, canned response from multiple different email addresses from the company, but no information. Can you please tell me when I can expect my order? Thank you!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS288776812CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller applied this tracking number from china post but never actually ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

if you have got this number for long time and paid with paypal/aliexpress/WISH/AMAZON, you need open dispute immediately against fraud and claim refund.
