Brazil Post(Correios Brasil) website shows the parcel arrived destination on Jun 28(Objeto aguardando retirada no endereço indicado) . But nobody pickup the parcel from your local post office since Jun . The the parcel was returned by Correos Brasil to China on Aug 5(Objeto encaminhado, de Unidade de Distribuição em SAO PAULO / SP para Unidade em CHINA).

You need contact seller to ship you another one.

Não consigo contato com ninguém estou sozinho tentando resolver mais pelo jeito eu não vou ter outro e nem o dinheiro de volta

if you paid with paypal/Ali express, you can open dispute to claim refund.
