Hello my parcel haven’t been moving 40 days. Could you please advise me what should I do?
Tracking number is LO571002215CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO571002215CN was shipped from Shenzhen to UK on Dec 6. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Royal Mail system. Possible location is in Guangzhou airport or UK customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes UK customs.

Dec is Holiday shopping rush season, waiting time might take 20 to 40 days.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Jan 22, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
