Hey, the longer refuses to take care of the parcel that is hanging at customs in China. What can I do to get the parcel forwarded?

CY584894321DE is in Guangzhou customs waiting for receiver to make customs declaration. We believe you have forgotten to write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, otherwise receiver should have received a pass code to make online customs clearance.

Now receiver must call 11185 and they will guide him to make customs clearance in person.

I believe this is a return for refund , right? the receiver tried to reject the parcel in order to avoid refund .

you need to report this problem to your marketplace(amazon, ebay, aliexpres etc), tell them the fact that receiver avoid making customs clearance and accept return. If other buyer filed similar complaint against him, you will win.
