Hello,

I'm looking for any info on my package. Last scanned in China February 29th. Can you provide any further information? I understand flights are limited, but I'm wondering how much longer it might take. Thanks

Tracking number is: LS248703984CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS248703984CN was shipped from China to USA on march 2. It is still in Shanghai airport waiting for flight space to USA.

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage.

After parcel arrives USA, you can track it in USPS website (www.usps.com).

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.

Thank you. I understand this already. I am wondering if there is any estimate about the amount of time it will take to get on a plane.

It is hard to predict arrival time. Our stat reports shows some parcels shipped in mid April has arrived USA . However, there are also many parcels shipped in late February have not arrived destination. It is like lottery.
