Hi my tracking number is LO866683505CN. Based on other posts I understand that packages are getting held at customs for long periods of time. Can i get an update on my package’s situation? the last time it was updated on a tracking app was all the way back in march.

LO866683505CN was sent to Shenzhen customs on mar 20 and never left there. It has more than 40% chance to be lost.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund.
