If you write wrong Post code, it could be a serious problem for USPS to make proper delivery. You need call USPS and see if they can help you to solve this issue.If not, the parcel will be returned to China.

Tried calling USPS they said there is no way they will be able to locate one package... i guess the best thing will be it gets returned so seller will ship me a new one.

If the package gets seized, will shipper be notified?

shipper needs to keep track the parcel online. If it is seized, online tracking result will reflect the situation.

EV049976666CN is in USPS system, China Post gets all new update from USPS. So it is better to contact USPS for more detail.

As your parcel disappeared in USPS for long time We believe USPS has lost the parcel. So suggest you open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
