No movement since Nov 16th. Should I be worried? I'm in the USA on the East coast. Need package for Christmas presents.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY976225175CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to US on Nov 15. It should be seriously delayed or lost(normally such parcel should arrive US in 2 to 4 weeks).

I suggest you wait 10 more days. If you can not get it by Dec 18, open dispute for lost parcel.
