Hi I ordered a hips trainer back in January, the tracking number they gave me is LW532561080CN .. it doesn't seem to ever move, what's going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LW532561080CN was shipped from Chongqing to USA on Mar 19. it was sent to Shanghai airport on April 22. It is still there since then.

to stop covid19 virus spreading, china have cancel more than 90% international airlines. China Post highly depends on such passenger airlines to carry parcels. Many parcels shipped in Feb are still in China airport. So you might have long time to wait. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund first. If you get the parcel in future, you can pay back the money to seller.

So how much longer am I supposed to wait? I tried getting my money back and they won't because it's "in transit"

are you paid with paypal or aliexpress? As you paid in january, seller must refund you money if you can not get the parcel in 60 days.

Paid with paypal. They said if they see movement every 20 days they can't do a refund.

you need contact paypal not seller. normally if you can not get the parcel in 60 days of payment, you can get refund from paypal.
