Hi,
I purchased an item back in early June, and I have yet to receive it, The last update it had was "Handed over to carrier/Left for destination" on June 22. The tracking number for my order is RL002224385HK.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?order_no=RL002224385HK shows the parcel was shipped from Hong Kong to USA on Jun 22. It is still in Hong Kong Post system not arrived USA yet.

Hong Kong airport has some delay. If you can not get it by end of this month, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
