Post Package delivered, not to me

I received information by usps tracking that my order(LN236529325CN) had finally been delivered. But it was not delivered to me, it's even a different state and city. Is it being delivered from this other location? If so why would it say "delivered" or a scam?

it should be a scam. your seller might have used other people's tracking number to cheat your money.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, please open dispute for refund.

Where is my parcel ,ordered from vinyluk it says delivered today at 4.30pm it's 12.11. No parcel been delivered the jacobrogers won't reply to my emails so where is it
