I placed an order on the 12th of December and the order status hasn’t updated since the 18th. I need help finding out where my package is before I file a non receipt refund with my bank. The order number is

usps.com shows LW328697908CN has been processed through our facility in ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS) at 9:19 pm on January 5, 2020.
