Hi. My order number is L0141313831CN.
IS THIS A REAL ORDER?
Or is LO141313831CN CORRECT?

LO141313831CN is correct format because first two digit should be letter not number.

However, Neither of LO141313831CN and L0141313831CN has any record in China Post system, your seller has never shipped anything to you. You should be cautious of fraud.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. tell him if you can not track real shipment information, you will open dispute against fraud.
