I brought from Visual Mood. They say the order is already delivered weeks ago, but I never received it. Where is my order? Tacking no. LZ358524781CN

Singapore Post website shows LZ358524781CN was delivered to your letterbox on Jan 16. Please contact Singapore Post for more delivery detail.

Sometimes the tracking shows “delivered” even if the package is still with the local carrier. I’d suggest checking with your local post office and also asking Visual Mood to open an investigation with China Post. It may also have been left with a neighbor or at a pickup location.
