When I enter my tracking number LW280861015CN, nothing is listed. Has the deliverer not sent the package?

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

LW280861015CN

The parcel is now showing "delivered". Does this mean it is in the USA, or does it imply the parcel has reached it's destination? I have not received the package. Is there a way to track within the US?

Never mind. I was able to track through the USPS. I'll follow up there.
