Post Not able to track parcel

Dear Moderator,
I ordered an item nearly 2 weeks ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. However, when I attempt to track the shipment, I don't seem to get a result. The tracking number I received from seller is - LW435453532CN. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you....

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?code=LW435453532CN shows No shipping record. This means your seller did not ship anything to you. You are very likely to be scammed.

if you just got this number, You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal against fraud.

Thank you for quick response. I did not use any of those online stores. I merely ordered from company called Covertae using my credit card. I will do as you suggested and contact seller to ship in 3 days. However, if that does not work, how do I dispute, or claim refund?

you can call your credit card company to file charge back against fraud.
