I have a tracking number but no info available, I paid for an item and supplier says to check here.
What is the status of my item, does it even exist?

ZC07589485001 was delivered in Zip code 48145 on Oct 22.

If you didn't get the parcel, you must be a victim of a complicated shopping scam. The cheater shipped some cheap junk to another address in your area because he/she needs a "Delivered" tracking result in order to get payment from online payment authority(paypal, shopify etc).

Can you show me the details of the shipment please. Where and how it came thru the USA, what carrier?

You need to ask for original shipping label from seller. You can't know exact shipping delivery address just by tracking number.
