An Ebay vendor gave me the following tracking number: LS108507944CN on October 14, 2019. The history is suspicious, and the package has been "on route to destination country" since Oct.16 with no more updates. I tracked the package on China EMS and it said "waiting for the seller shipping". Does that mean my package never actually left China? Have I been scammed?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS108507944CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shanghai office to US on Oct 11.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in ,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
