Post Need Update On An Order

Hey I need some help getting an update on a package I ordered back in May.

Since May 17th it's been in "Guangzhou, has been delivered to the airline transport."

The logistics order was created on 5/12, which puts us at 47 days now in transit.

What's causing the delay in the update?

Any help would be appreciated!

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV426729680CN shows the parcel was sent to Guangzhou airport on May 15th. It is still in Guangzhou waiting for flight to USA.

Our latest report shows average waiting time to USA is about 50 days, your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show local USA delivery info, you can also get arrival info from http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php
