It was reported as delivered by the Shop app but I have not received a package.

No, within 15 minutes after ordering I reached out to support because I had mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address and they said it would be corrected.

Obviously the seller shipped the goods to 660 Arvida Lane,Norfolk，VA，23505 . This is not China Post's problem. This is your seller's problem. So you have to contact your seller for solution.
