Post My parcel status confusing

Tracking information of my parcel shows that the parcel arrived in Zambia on 9 November and it was taken to Lusaka main post office on 11 November. When I contacted my local post office in Ndola City they confirmed that the parcel was in Lusaka. However,when I inquired from Lusaka Main Post Office, they Saïd the parcel could not be tracked. It's really confusing si what could have happened? Tracking number is RV492692694CN. Please help me

You probably have to reach out to the Ndola city if they can find it and see what went wrong in between. Once your parcel went to airline China post no longer has control and can not get info that the other post office does not give them.
