Post My package update said it failed, what does that mean?

I've been waiting for my wig for weeks now and I ordered clothes from the same place and it came properly. The package arrived at customs and it said that it failed on the tracking updates! What can I do? What happened and why???

Canada Post website shows LZ909053835CN has arrived your local post office with processing error, it might be caused by the Canada Post worker labor action. You need contact your local post office to pickup the parcel asap.
