To get help, you need to provide tracking number not order number. Here is china post help forum website not your seller's website. We are not your seller, don't know your order either.

AMTS000315485FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS. MTS website shows it was just Beloit,53511 on Oct 15.
