I ordered this on August 21st and states it is on its way but when I track it, it now says order not found. If you cannot guarantee it's delivery soon, then please refund my $45.96.

UL443156482YP is not china post parcel. It is from Yanwen shipping agent. Yanwen shows the item just arrived in USA. They will use USPS to deliver the goods to you.
