AS401274188CN

I have not received this package. The last update was from August 15 saying it was out for delivery but I never received it. Not even a note saying they attempted a delivery. I checked with the Decatur post office and they said they had never even seen this kind of tracking number before. I don’t understand what’s going on but I’m really panicking because that stuff plus shipping cost me over $500 and I can’t afford to throw away money like that. What should I do?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=AS401274188CN was out for delivery on Aug 15 but never show delivery successful. You need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
