Post Missing order from MD treadmill

I placed an order from beginning of October. It stated in tracking that it was delivered on 31st October 2024. I have not received item and also no proof of delivery.
Tracking number is: LZ083070143CN.
Is this a scam?????

yes. it is very likely a scam.

the seller shipped some junk to another address. he can use "delivery" result to claim payment from buyer's bank
